ECU Connector Pin Identification

1. With ignition off, disconnect multiple pin connector from ECU.
2. Using an ohmmeter, measure resistance between terminals 7 and 19 of ECU connector. Correct resistance is 600---1600 ohms.
3. If resistance is not as specified, measure resistance directly at speed/reference mark sensor plug connector terminals 7 and 19. Correct resistance is 600---1600 ohms. If resistance is satisfactory, check wiring between sensor and ECU. If resistance is not satisfactory, replace sensor.
