Engine Speed Sensor: Adjustments

1. Remove sensor from mount.
2. If an old sensor is available, glue a .020 - .043 (0.5 - 1.1 mm) thickness washer to old sensor.
3. Loosen sensor adjustment.
4. Slide sensor down until washer contacts flywheel teeth.
5. Lock adjusting screw.
6. Remove old sensor and replace with new unit.
7. If an old sensor is unavailable, use a soft setting adhesive and remove washer after making adjustment.
