Distributor Alignment
Cylinder #1 TDC:
1.
Set crankshaft to #1 cylinder firing TDC. The TDC mark on the belt pulley must line up with the separating joint at the crankcase and the line mark on the fan housing.
Ignition Rotor Alignment @ TDC:
2.
Turn distributor shaft with the rotor fitted until the middle of the rotors line up with the notches in the housings.
3.
Refit
distributor in this position.
