Distributor: Service and Repair
Cylinder #1 TDC:
1.
Set crankshaft to #1 cylinder firing TDC. The TDC mark on the belt pulley must line up with the separating joint at the crankcase and the line mark on the fan housing.
Distributor Alignment:
2.
Turn distributor shaft with the rotor fitted until the middle of the rotor lines up with the notch mark in the housing.
3.
Refit
distributor in this position.
