Antenna Control Module: Service and Repair



Removing And Installing Control Unit For Antenna Amplifiers

NOTE:
- The control unit for the antenna amplifier is installed in the rear spoiler.
- The right antenna amplifier also takes on the control unit function.

WARNING: Risk of damage: Remove ignition key and switch off the audio system.

Removing Control Unit For Antenna Amplifier
Remove top cover of rear spoiler.







1. Undo the two fastening screws of the antenna amplifier.
2. Remove ground strap "1", and pull off all the plugs from the antenna amplifier control unit by pressing the tabs "a".

Installing Control Unit For Antenna Amplifier







1. Insert all electrical plugs on antenna amplifier control unit until plugs are felt to engage.
2. Position antenna amplifier control unit in rear spoiler, fit ground cable "1" and screw down antenna amplifier with the two fastening screws.

Install top cover of rear spoiler.
