Removing and Installing Fan for Condenser







Removing Fan for Condenser
- Remove the radiator frame.

NOTE:
- The large fan is used to cool the engine and the smaller one is for the air conditioning.
- The metal clamps on the fans serve to balance the fan and must not be removed.







1. Unclip the electric plug at the radiator frame.







2. Unscrew the 3 fastening screws from the fan and remove the fan from the bottom. Guide the cable and the control unit in doing so.

Installing Fan for Condenser








1. Connect the fan cable with the control unit from underneath using the radiator frame.







2. Tighten the 3 fastening screws to 4 Nm (2.96 ftlb.).







3. Position cable according to the instructions and clip the upper electrical connector into the frame.

- Install the radiator frame.
