The door mirrors have been completely redesigned and represent a key element of the new exterior styling. The mirrors are connected to the mirror attachment point mount by way of a double arm. The design of the mirror housing has been revised, enabling the mirror glass to be positioned deeper inside the housing. The mirror glass itself is now protected more effectively from turbulence and possible vibrations at high speeds.

Both door mirrors are electrically heated and adjustable and, in the case of fully electric sports seats or adaptive sports seats, are connected to the memory function. On request, both door mirrors and the interior rearview mirror can be provided with an automatic an anti-dazzle function (optional in combination with the rain sensor).










The door mirror can be folded in towards the door manually (Figure 1). To this end, the mirror is pushed towards the door and held in this position (high spring force). The locking lever is then pushed as far as it will go and the mirror is released (Figure 2).
