Removing And Installing Switch For Seat Adjustment

Preliminary work

Remove control module trim panel (electric). Refer to Removing and installing control module trim panel

Removing switch for seat adjustment







1. Carefully unclip the two control buttons -1- using a plastic wedge.







2. Unscrew the three fastening screws -1- and remove seat adjustment switch -2-.







Installing switch for seat adjustment

1. Position switch for seat adjustment -2- and screw down using the three fastening screws -1-.







2. Position the two control buttons -1- precisely and carefully press down onto the seat adjustment switch until they are felt to engage.







INFORMATION: The assembly clip must be removed in order to install a new seat adjustment switch.

3. Use a small screwdriver to lever the assembly clip -1- out of the seat adjustment switch -2-.







Subsequent work

Install control module trim panel (electric). Refer to Removing and installing control module trim panel
