Removing rear speed sensor

1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Open combination plug connection -1- and pull out connector for the speed sensor.

Loosen fastening screw -2- and remove the speed sensor.

Information
The speed sensors on the front and rear axles are identical.
The bore for mounting the speed sensor must be perfectly clean and should be greased with Molykote Longterm 2 plus.

1. Place speed sensor in installation position. Tighten the fastening screw -2- to 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.).

Join connector on the speed sensor to the combination plug connection -1-. Lock combination plug connection -1-.

2. Lower the vehicle.
