Removing And Installing Horn

Removing horn












1. The horn must be removed with the holder.







2. Unscrew the fastening nut -2- and remove the holder with the horns.







3. Unlock the electric connector -a- and disconnect from the horns.
4. Unscrew the fastening nut -1- and remove the horn from the holder.

Installing horn







1. Push in the horn in the holder and position the horn in the same way as the figure.







2. Screw down the horns with the fastening nuts -1-. - M6: 7.5 ftlb.
3. Insert both electrical connectors until they perceptibly engage.







4. Position the holder with the horns on the body and screw down with the fastening nuts -2-. - M8: 17 ftlb.
