Preliminary work

INFORMATION: A tight hose can be pulled off more easily if it is heated with a hot-air gun.







1. Pull the water line off the pump for the windscreen washer system -arrow A-.
2. Pull the pump for the windscreen washer system upwards out of the tank -arrow B-.







3. Use the removal tool, universal NR.21 to lever the rubber seal out of the tank -arrow A- and remove it -arrow B-.

Installing pump for windscreen washer system







1. Apply a suitable rubber lubricant (tire mounting paste) to the sealing surface -arrows A- and press the rubber seal into the tank -arrow B- until it is felt to engage.







2. Apply a suitable rubber lubricant (tire mounting paste) to the sealing surface -arrows A- and press the pump for the windscreen washer system into the rubber seal -arrow B- until the pump is felt to engage.
3. Connect the water pipe to the connections at the pump for the windscreen washer system -arrow C-.

Subsequent work
Install tank for windscreen washer system.
