Troubleshooting with no control module connected

NOTE: The 9588 Porsche System Tester II and the 'rear convenience system control module' are not connected.

Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on
- The fuses of the 'rear convenience system control module' are OK
- The fuses of the 'gateway' in the instrument cluster are OK
- Battery voltage is OK
- Plug on 'rear convenience system control module' attached correctly

Possible causes of fault
- Incorrect vehicle type selected in 9588 Porsche System Tester II
- 9588 Porsche System Tester II is not connected correctly or is faulty
- Power supply to the 'rear convenience system control module' is not OK
- 'K lead' to 'gateway' in instrument cluster does not function
- 'Gateway' in instrument cluster does not function
- 'CAN drive' does not function
- 'Rear convenience system control module' does not function

Affected pins
Rear convenience system control module, plugs A, B and C
- Plug A: pin 8 'terminal 15 voltage supply via fuse F53/left fuse carrier'
- Plug A: pin 17 'terminal 30 voltage supply, lighting right, via fuse F15/left fuse carrier'
- Plug A: pin 23 'terminal 30 voltage supply, motors via fuse F31/ right fuse carrier'
- Plug B: pin 2 'CAN comfort (high)'
- Plug B: pin 8 'CAN comfort (low)'
- Plug B: pin 11 'ground from body ground point 40'
- Plug C: pin 17 'terminal 30 voltage supply, lighting left, via fuse F14/right fuse carrier'
