Belt pulley on
crankshaft M18 x 1.5 x 40
(74 ft-lb. + 90°)
Install belt tensioner. Install holder with tensioning element. Tighten the top fastening screw Tightening torque:
33 (24 ft-lb.) Nm.
Tighten the bottom fastening screw Tightening torque:
32 (24 ft-lb.) Nm.
Timing Case Cover on cylinder head M6 X 30
8 Nm
Chain tensioner on crankcase M6 X 25
8 Nm
Chain tensioner in cover M22 X 1.5 X 19
40 Nm
