Permissible unevenness of parting surface for used cylinder head: 0.05 mm

Permissible unevenness after machining: 0.03 mm

Permissible surface depth from standard dimension: 0.15 ±0.05 mm

Exhaust manifold 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
Tighten screws from the inside out and in diametrically opposite sequence.

Intake manifold 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)





Cylinder Head Bolts
Step 1: 30 Nm (22 ftlb.)
Step 2: Loosen in reverse order
Step 3: 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)
Step 4: 70°
Step 5: 70°





External cylinder head screws 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

Camshaft housing to cylinder head 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

Exhaust camshaft sprocket 14 Nm (10.5 ftlb.)

Central screw of camshaft adjuster 50 Nm (37 ftlb.) + 110°
