Ratios - G97/01 gearbox







The new models have the same ratio spread as the 911 Carrera MY 04.

However the larger wheels and 5 % larger rolling circumference (rear) on the new models mean that the individual gear transmission levels have had to be reduced accordingly by 5 %. This design results in a sporty setup for the new models and enables high performance with optimum exploitation of the engine torque and the maximum output.

NOTE: The table shows standard reference values based on an average effective rolling radius. Deviations due to tyre tolerance, changes to the rolling radius, wear and tyre slip have not yet been taken into account.
