Removing And Installing Windstop

Removing windstop







1. Press outer windstop to the rear out of the roll-over bar.







2. Disengage centre windstop at the latches -A- on the left and right, tilt to the rear -B- and remove.

Fitting fastening parts







INFORMATION: If the windstop is retrofitted, three fastening parts must be fitted for the centre windstop.

1. Remove trim for roll-over bar. Refer to Removing and installing trim panel for roll-over bar
2. Position the two fastening parts in the upper area of the roll-over bar -1- at the existing holes and rivet them in place -2-.







3. Mark the fastening part -1- centrally on the back of the trim for the roll-over bar, drill and rivet in place -2-.







4. Install trim for roll-over bar. Refer to Removing and installing trim for roll-over bar

Installing windstop







1. Position outer windstop from the rear on the roll-over bar with the plastic tabs and press in.







2. Install centre windstop.
2.1. Mount windstop on the lower fastening part.
2.2. Tilt windstop forwards and engage at the two upper fastening parts.
