Removing And Installing Heat Exchanger Hose

Drain coolant.

Remove battery cover.

1. Release the two top fastening clamps for the coolant hoses of the heat exchanger and slide them back over the hoses.
2. Remove the two bottom spring-band clamps using the assembly tool for spring-band clamps NR.72.

Installing heat exchanger hose







1. Push coolant hoses onto the heat exchanger and secure with the two fastening clamps.
2. Fit the two bottom spring-band clamps using the assembly tool for spring-band clamps NR.72.

Subsequent work

Subsequent work for heat exchanger hose
Installing battery.

Fill in coolant.

Install battery cover.

Carry out work instruction after disconnecting the battery.
