1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Remove wheel.
3. Open combination plug connection -1- and pull out connector for the speed sensor.
Loosen fastening screw -2- and remove the speed sensor.
Installing front speed sensor
Information:
^ The speed sensors on the front and rear axles are identical.
^ The bore for mounting the speed sensor must be perfectly clean and should be greased with Molykote Longterm 2 plus.
1. Place speed sensor in installation position. Tighten the fastening screw -2- to 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.).
Join connector on the speed sensor to the combination plug connection -1-. Lock combination plug connection -1-.
2. Fit wheel.
3. Lower the vehicle.
