Chain tensioner to timing-case cover M22 x 1.5 (1 ea.)

Timing-case cover to crankcase and cylinder head M6 x 30; always use new aluminium screws; 23 ea.
Initial tightening 4 Nm (3 ftlb.)
Final tightening 90°

Inner timing-case cover to upper part of crankcase and cylinder head M6 x 55; always use new aluminium screws; 4 ea.
Initial tightening 4 Nm (3 ftlb.)
Final tightening 90°

Outer timing-case cover to cylinder head M6 x 55; always use new aluminium screws; 1 ea
Initial tightening 4 Nm (3 ftlb.)
Final tightening 90°

Timing-case cover (chain tensioner position) to upper part of crankcase and cylinder head M8 x 55; always use new aluminium screws; 2 ea.
Initial tightening 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
Final tightening 90°

Timing-case cover to oil guide housing M6 x 30; always use new aluminium screws
Initial tightening 4 Nm (3 ftlb.)
Final tightening 90°
