Idle speed control at stop above limit value

Diagnostic conditions
- Engine idling more than 20 s
- Vehicle not moving
- Engine not loaded
- Engine temperature more than 60 °C (140 °F)
- No tank ventilation or tank ventilation diagnosis
- No secondary air diagnosis
- Altitude correction factor more than 0.75 (altitude below 2,450 m)
- No fault for speed signal, throttle potentiometer, engine temperature, intake air temperature, tank vent or tank ventilation system

Possible fault causes
- Leak in intake system
- Crankcase ventilation leak
- Throttle valve adjusting unit faulty
