Driver for quantity control valve

Diagnostic conditions
- Vehicle voltage more than 9 V
- Time since engine start more than 5 s

Possible fault causes
- Short circuit to B+
- Short circuit to ground
- Open circuit
- Fuse D4 faulty
- Quantity control valve faulty (in fuel high-pressure pump)
