Fill only with oil approved by Porsche. See Spare Parts Catalogue.

Preliminary work

1. Raise the vehicle at the prescribed jacking points. -> 4X00IN01 Lifting the vehicle Service and Repair
2. Remove support plate. -> 421419 Removing and installing support plate - section on "Removing" 42141900 Removing and installing support plate
3. Place oil collection pan under the transmission.

Filling transmission oil

Filling transmission oil - 6-speed

CAUTION

Oil fill level too low

- Risk of damage to components

-> Do not start engine.
-> Do not tow the vehicle.

1. Clean oil drain plug and screw in with new sealing ring.





2. Fill with transmission oil.





3. Clean oil filler screw and screw in with a new seal.





Subsequent work

1. Fit support plate. -> 421419 Removing and installing support plate - section on "Installing" 42141900 Removing and installing support plate
2. Lower the vehicle.
