Transmission Mount: Service and Repair

Technical values





Preliminary work

1. Raise the vehicle.-> 4X00IN01 Lifting the vehicle Service and Repair
2. Support transmission with transmission jack.

Removing transmission mount

1. Unscrew screws -2- (a/f 16) on the transmission supports -3- at the left and right.
2. Unscrew M8 nuts -1- between the body and hydraulic mounts at the left and right and remove the transmission supports -3- and hydraulic mounts.

Installing transmission mount

1. Fit gear support -3- with hydraulic mounts.
2. Screw on M8 nuts -1- on hydraulic mounts and secure with M10 screws -2- (a/f 16) on gear support -2-.
=> Tightening torque: 65 Nm (48 ftlb.) => Tightening torque: 33 Nm (24 ftlb.)

Subsequent work

1. Lower the transmission jack and remove it from the vehicle.
