WM 853019 Removing and installing heater/fresh-air blower motor

Technical values





Preliminary work

1. Remove cover in passenger's side footwell. -> 702219 Removing and installing cover under dashboard - section on "Removing" 702219 Removing and installing cover under dashboard

Removing heater/fresh-air blower motor





Installation position

1. Release and unplug electric plug connection -1- for heater/fresh-air blower motor.





Unplugging connector

2. Unscrew fastening screws -1-.

3. Remove heater/fresh-air blower motor.

Installing heater/fresh-air blower motor

1. Position heater/fresh-air blower motor in the mounting -2- on the heater.
2. Tighten fastening screws -1-. => Tightening torque: 1.8 Nm (1.5 ftlb.)

3. Insert electric plug connection -1- for heater/fresh-air blower motor until it engages securely.
