Cold Start Injector: Service and Repair
Fuego & Sportwagon 1.
Disconnect battery cables.
2.
Drain cooling system into suitable container.
3.
Disconnect coolant hoses from intake manifold.
4.
Disconnect throttle cable, vacuum hoses and wire harness connector.
5.
Disconnect fuel hoses.
6.
Remove intake manifold.
7.
Remove
cold start injector retaining bolts, then the injector and gasket.
8.
Reverse procedure to install.
