NOTE:
CIS Fuel pressures (line, control and rest pressure) as well as ignition system function must be checked and corrected before diagnosing relay panel.

Presented here is the diagnosis procedure for the Emission Relay Panel used on M82-M83 Saabs. Many of the functions are inter-related, especially those pertaining to the cold start and full load enrichment circuits. Therefore, it is mandatory that the test sequence be carried out in the order presented and any fault corrected before continuing the test. DO NOT SKIP ANY STEPS.
