NOTE: C.I.S. fuel pressures (line, control and rest pressure), as well as ignition system and basic engine functions, must be checked and any faults corrected before troubleshooting the relay panel.

The following test sequence was designed for the emissions relay panel used on 1984 Saabs. Many of the relay functions are interrelated, particularly those pertaining to the starting and transient enrichment circuits. Therefore, it is essential that the test sequence be carried out in the order presented and any faults corrected before continuing the test. DO NOT SKIP ANY STEPS.
