Hot Starting

When the starter motor is operated the relay P11 receives voltage, thereby causing the modulating valve to open and increase the amount of fuel available for injection. This fuel increase will operate for three seconds after the engine has started. If the engine has not started within 1.4 seconds, the hot start relay operates and the cold start valve operates in pulses of 0.1 seconds.
