Subject: Spring Struts and Shock Absorbers

Application: 9000 US Ed 7 Grids 3-F06, 3-F12





The information on the microfiche relating to the front spring struts and rear shock absorbers for the 1992 9000 5-door Turbos is incorrect. The part numbers listed on the fiche were not used in production and should not be used as replacements on 1992 vehicles.

Also note in the information, there is a change early in the model year which provides a second set of struts and shocks for the 1992 5-Door.

1) Carefully align the appropriate microfiche card on the matrix.


2) The black square will appear direcdy on the grid(s) to be marked.


3) Using a red "El Marko" permanent pen (or similar type) mark the fiche square(s).


Note:

If you use a fine tipped pen, you can write the position number where the error is. This will save looking up microfiche discrepancies unnecessarily.

Unless fiche are correctly marked, the microfiche discrepancy system will be of little help in your parts department. Use the system and avoid costly ordering errors.
