Throttle Position Sensor: Service and Repair

Throttle Position Sensor (not ETS)

Removal

1 Unplug the connector from the position sensor.

2 Disconnect the thick crankcase ventilation hose from the throttle body.

3 Undo the bolts securing the position sensor and remove the sensor.

Fitting

Check that the 0-ring is correctly positioned and fit the sensor on the throttle spindle.

Connect the thick crankcase ventilation hose.

Plug in the connector.
