EGR Control Solenoid: Service and Repair
EGR Controller:
To Remove -
Unplug connector and disconnect hoses.

Unscrew valve and remove.
EGR Controller:
To Install -
Refit in reverse order. Attaches hoses and connectors as follows:

Hose #1 to
EGR valve ^
Hose #2 to intake manifold via vacuum tank
^
Hose #3 to air passage between mass air flow sensor and throttle valve assembly.

Connector #4 to electrical connector.
