Boost Pressure Control
BOOST PRESSURE CONTROL Saab Trionic regulates the boost pressure by controlling a solenoid valve which is connected to the turbo
wastegate.
The actual boost pressure is read off with the pressure sensor.
The boost pressure is calculated by the control module chiefly on the basis of the following information:

engine rpm
-
throttle position
-
gear currently engaged
-
knocking, if any
