Replacement of Front Light Cluster

To Remove, 5-d (CC) and CD
1 Disconnect the negative battery cable.

Important : Do not disconnect the battery cable while the engine is running as this could seriously damage the generator (alternator).

2 Remove the front retaining screw.
3 Ease out the light cluster and withdraw it from its rear mounting points (rubber bushes).
4 Mark the positions of the electrical connectors in the light cluster and remove them.

To Install
Install in reverse order.
