Ground Point G2

Grounding Points G2 And G25:






Grounding point G2 is located adjacent to the battery on the left-hand wheel housing. The following components are connected to this grounding point:


1 Battery
8 Lighting relay
36 Ventilation fan motor (via a 2-pin connector)
37 Radiator fan motor (via a 2-pin connector at front left in engine bay)
42 Brake warning switch
62 Windscreen wiper motor (via a 2-pin connector adjacent to the motor)
78 Relay, dim dipped beam (CS)
172 Cooling fan, AC, ACC (via a 2-pin connector adjacent to the radiator)
220 Power stage for ACC ventilation fan
228B Filament monitor, engine bay
243 Engine oil level switch (via a 24-pin connector)
275 Anti-theft alarm siren (via a 2-pin connector)
276 Anti-theft alarm bonnet switch
282 Switch for headlamp beam adjustment
366 Motor for 2-speed radiator fan (via a 2-pin connector and a 3-pin connector)
325 Secondary air injection control valve
326 Secondary air injection pump
G6 Negative distribution terminal
G25 Grounding point on gearbox
