Electronic Control Module, SE/US/CA

First detach the negative lead (-) from the car battery.
1 Lift the left-hand front seat to its uppermost position.
2 Remove the scuff plate.
3 Lift the carpet just in front of the B pillar to gain access to the control module.
3-D: Remove the seat-belt bolt located on the floor.
4 Remove the two plastic nuts securing the control module and lift it out.
5 Unplug the connector to the electronic control module.
6 Install in reverse order
