Installation

1. Install new 0-rings on the A/C pipes from the evaporator and lubricate them with synthetic vaseline.
2. Refit the expansion valve on the A/C pipes. Tighten the two expansion valve retaining bolts. Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.7 ft lb).
3. Install new 0-rings on the A/C pipes from the compressor and lubricate them with synthetic vaseline.
4. Refit the A/C hoses on the expansion valve. Tighten the bolt securing the PAD connection to the expansion valve. Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.6 ft lb).
5. Fill up with compressor oil, carry out vacuum pumping of the A/C system and fill up with refrigerant.
