Installation

1. Install new 0-rings on the connections for the pressure monitor(s) on the receiver. Lubricate the 0-rings with synthetic vaseline.
2. Screw the pressure switch or switches to the new receiver.
3. Place the receiver in its holder.
4. Install new 0-rings on the receiver's pipes. Lubricate the 0-rings with synthetic vaseline.
5. Install the pipes and tighten the screws. Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.6 ft lb).
6. Tighten the bolt securing the receiver in the holder on the condenser.
7. Plug in the connector(s) on the pressure monitor(s) (two pressure monitors in hot-climate markets).
8. Fill up with compressor oil, carry out vacuum pumping of the A/C system and fill up with refrigerant.
9. Refit the grille.
