Body Control Module: Service and Repair






LHD
1 Remove the cover of the main fuse box on the side of the dashboard.
2 Remove the knee shield above the pedal assembly.
3 Lift out the air duct to facilitate access to the relay holder behind it.
4 Remove the screw securing the relay holder and press the holder down.
The Integrated Central Electronics (ICE) module is mounted above the relay holder.
5 Install in reverse order.


Important: After a control module has been replaced, the new control module will have to be programmed, see "Programming the ICE Module". Programming and Relearning


RHD
1 Remove the cover of the main fuse box on the side of the dashboard.
2 Remove the knee shield above the pedal assembly.
3 Undo the screws securing the relay holder.
4 Push the relay holder aside.
The ICE control module is mounted behind the relay holder.
Install in reverse order.
