Throttle Position Sensor: Service and Repair

To Remove
1. Remove the engine cover.
2. Remove the idle air control valve with hoses.
3. Unplug the connector, remove the two retaining bolts and remove the sensor. Note the O-ring.

To Install
1. Make sure that the O-ring's correctly positioned and install the sensor on the throttle spindle. Tighten the retaining bolts.
2. Plug in the connector and idle air control valve.
3. Install the engine cover.
