Spark Plug: Service and Repair
To Remove 1.
Unplug the ignition discharge module's 10-pin connector.
2.
Remove the ignition discharge module's 4 retaining screws.
3.
Remove the
spark plugs.
To Install Check the electrode gap on all the
spark plugs and adjust it if necessary. Install in reverse order.
Tightening torque:
-
spark plugs:
27 Nm (19.9 ft lbs) -
Ignition discharge module:
11 Nm (8.1 ft lbs)
