1 Plug in the Intelligent Saab Tester (ISAT) scan tool and select "READ FAULT CODES" from the menu. If any trouble codes are present, continue in Trouble Code Tables Body Control Module
2 If no trouble codes are present, check the battery voltage by means of the ISAT scan tool.
3 Connect a BOB and check the leads for continuity/shorting as follows:
- between pin 47 of the Integrated Central Electronics (ICE) module and the fuse holder for fuse 35.
- between pin 41 of the Integrated Central Electronics (ICE) module and the fuse holder for fuse 21.
- between pin 34 of the ICE module and the fuse holder for fuse 17.
- between pin 65 of the ICE module and pin B of the ignition switch.
