Ignition Distributor Rotor
To remove 1
Remove the distributor cap.

Remove the rotor by breaking it with a pair of slip joint pliers.
IMPORTANT Make sure no parts from the rotor get into the
distributor.
To fit 1
Fit a new rotor, apply Loctite 638 part no. (16) 49 04 090, make sure that the rotor locks firmly to the
distributor axle.

Fit the distributor cap.
