Body Control Module: Service and Repair

To Remove

1 Undo the knee shield above the pedal bracket.
2 Lift off the air duct for easier access to the relay retainer behind it. (Only LHD).
3 Undo the screw securing the relay retainer and place it out of the way.
4 Undo the screws to the bracket on which the control module is mounted.
5 Unplug the connectors on the DICE control module and remove the screws. Lift off the DICE control module.








To Fit

1 Fit the control module to the bracket with two screws and plug in the connectors to the control module.
2 Fit the bracket.
3 Reposition the relay retainer and tighten the screws.
4 Fit the knee shield.
5 After replacing the DICE control module, it must be programmed in the car. See "Menu Programming" in Fault Diagnosis, General, under Testing and Inspection/Procedures."
