Cruise Control Switch: Service and Repair

To remove







1 Pull out the steering wheel to its outermost position.
2 Remove the steering column's protective cowls (3 screws).


NOTE: Be careful when removing because there are 4 locking hooks in the lower cowls.







3 Pull out the stalk switch (2 clips).
4 Unplug the 10-pin connector.
5 Remove the switch.

To fit







1 Fit the switch in place.
2 Spray the connector with kontakt 61 (part no.30 04 520) and plug it in.







3 Fit the cowls. Mind the hooks.
4 Adjust the steering column's protective cowls.
