Removing







1. Remove the control panel.
2. Remove both clips that secure the wire to the climate control unit and then remove the wire.

Fitting







1. Refit the control wire at the rear of the control panel. The wire should be positioned above the control shaft.
2. Press on the clip that secures the wire.
3. Plug in the connectors.
4. Refit the control panel.

IMPORTANT: Make sure that the control shaft is correctly inserted into the heating unit before fitting it to the control panel.

5. Fit the wire on the lever for the air-mixing damper.
6. Turn the temperature control knob to max cooling.







7. Push the air-mixing damper lever forwards as far as possible.
8. Press the clips securing the cable sheathing to the climate control unit.
9. Check to make sure that the air-mixing damper seals correctly in respective end positions by turning the heater control to both end positions.
10. Refit the panel on the centre console.
11. Refit the glove box.
