Manifold Pressure/Vacuum Sensor: Service and Repair

Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor

To Remove

1. Remove the top engine cover.
2. Unplug the connector.
3. Undo the connector.

To fit

1. Apply petroleum jelly (part no.30 20 271) or the equivalent sparingly to the sensor O-rings. Fit the sensor.
2. Spray the connector with Kontakt 61 (part no.30 04 520). Plug in the connector.
3. Fit the top engine cover.
