Cruise Control Switch: Service and Repair

To remove
1. Turn the steering wheel and remove the two screws securing the steering column cover.







2. Remove the lower screw.
3. Remove the cover. Mind the hooks on the cover.
4. Unplug the connector.
5. Remove the switch.

To fit







1. Position the switch.
2. Spray the connector with Kontakt 61 contact cleaner (part no. 30 04 520). Plug in the connector.
3. Fit the cover. Mind the hooks on the cover.
4. Tighten the lower screw.
5. Turn the steering wheel and fit the two screws in the steering column cover.
