DTC P0605 INTERNAL CONTROL MODULE READ ONLY MEMORY (ROM) ERROR

1. OUTLINE OF DIAGNOSIS
Judge NG when SUM value of ROM is out of the standard value.




2. ENABLE CONDITION

3. GENERAL DRIVING CYCLE
Always perform the diagnosis continuously.

4. DIAGNOSTIC METHOD




^ Abnormality Judgment
Judge NG when the continuous time of completing the malfunction criteria below becomes more than 0.5 seconds.

5. DTC CLEAR CONDITION
^ When the OK idling cycle was completed 40 times in a row
^ When "Clear Memory" was performed (Only at engine stop)

6. MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT CLEAR CONDITION
^ When the OK driving cycle was completed 3 times in a row
^ When "Clear Memory" was performed

7. FAIL SAFE
Stop the current to electronic throttle control motor. (Fix the throttle opening angle to 6 degrees.)

8. ECM OPERATION AT DTC SETTING
Memorize the freeze frame data. (For test mode $02)
