Rear Door Window Glass: Service and Repair

Rear Door Glass:

REMOVAL

Remove the rear door trim.
Remove the sealing cover.
Remove the stabilizer.







Remove the front end and rear end of weather strip.







Remove the two screws to remove the weather strip outer.







Operate the power window switch to move the glass to position shown in the figure, and then remove two nuts from service holes.







Remove the two rear sash installation nuts, and then move the rear sash backward.
Remove the glass.

IMPORTANT: Avoid impact and damage to the glass.

INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Make sure the slider (front) and roller (rear) of glass is placed securely in front and rear sash.

Adjust the rear door glass.
