Grille, Attaching Clamp

1. Identify the type of plastic. See Plastic codes, temperature and welding wire or Plastic code table
2. Select the correct welding wire and set the welding gun to an operating temperature appropriate for the plastic type. See Plastic codes, temperature and welding wire

Warm the clamp and tack it in the correct spot. Use the tacking nozzle.







3. Weld the clamp in place using welding wire.







4. Allow the weld to cool.
5. Grind the weld joint as necessary.







6. Paint the weld joint.
